SWA is constantly striving for the betterment of the shopkeepers who are always in a penury for their very rights. However it was SWA which was found in 1999, out of the grave need for a common platform to effectively emulate their grievances. SWA was much successful in achieving its various targets through strikes(morcha), meetings with high officials,etc. to solve their common problems. The association was successful most of the times to get their problem solved due to their incessent efforts and consistency for achieving their goals .SWA made all that possible which it concieved.
